How does the annual subscription work?

U.S. Customers
This is the easiest—and most affordable—way to get your quarterly Results Journal. You order a year’s worth of journals in a single purchase*, then we send you a fresh copy automatically each quarter. It’s much simpler than ordering a journal each time and you save 15 percent! 

Like a magazine subscription, your annual subscription will renew each year until you cancel. You can cancel without penalty but you will continue to receive any journals left in your annual subscription. Your cancellation will only impact your next subscription renewal.

*Note: There is a shipping charge of $5.99 every three months for each journal shipment.

International Customers
This is the easiest—and most affordable—way to get your quarterly Results Journal as an international customer. You order a year’s worth of journals in a single purchase and get all four sent to you at once to ease international shipping costs. Plus you save 15 percent on each of your journals! Like a magazine subscription, your annual subscription will renew each year until you cancel. You can cancel without penalty any time prior to your subscription renewal.

For your convenience, all duties and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout and charged in advance so there are no additional costs due upon delivery—what’s known as DDP shipping (Duties Deliveries Paid). This also typically shortens delivery time by reducing wait times at international borders.

I’m excited! When will I receive my first journal?

Your journal will ship within 24 hours (business days only. We’ll send you an email to let you know when your copy is on the way. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You can review all shipping options and dates at checkout so you know exactly what to expect!

Can I send the Results Journal as a gift?

Absolutely! Thanks for supporting the Results of the people you love. If you’d like to gift someone with a Results Journal, simply create a separate order for each delivery to a different address.

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping within the United States is just $5.99 per shipment! If you have the annual subscription, this shipping charge will happen automatically each time your quarterly journal ships. 

If you live outside the U.S., your shipping cost will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

What if I decide the Results Journal isn’t for me?

We hope you’ll love your new Results Journal! But if it’s not a fit for you, you can absolutely get a refund!

Just return your unused and undamaged journal within 14 days of receipt of your first shipment*, and you’ll receive a full refund (less shipping costs). If your order was damaged in shipping, we’ll make it right! Please just contact us at sales@kriscarr.com for return and replacement instructions.

*Please note that subsequent journals in annual subscriptions cannot be returned or refunded, and that shipping expenses cannot be refunded or credited. 

Can I cancel my subscription any time? 

Yes, you can. You’ll still receive the full year of journals you already paid for. But you can cancel any time prior to your subscription renewal, and your subscription won’t continue into the next year.
